On 23 November 2021, Capriole announced that 40% of the construction work at LINX Tower had been completed. LINX Tower is in the MU23 commercial district of the New Administrative Capital and is developed by Capriole Developments. It brings together shops on the ground and first floors with offices and clinics on the floors above, across 12 levels including two basements.

Two shifts a day

To keep the works on track against its targets, the company said it was running two work shifts on site every day. The photograph shared with the announcement shows the site at that stage: the lower floors cast in concrete, formwork and scaffolding in place, and a tower crane above the building.

Second phase on sale

The announcement also said that Capriole had begun marketing a second phase of LINX Tower. A few weeks earlier, the company had explained that it opened LINX Tower for sale only after 35% of construction was complete.

The commercial terms and timings mentioned in the announcement reflected conditions in 2021. They are not repeated here because they may no longer apply. Our team can tell you which terms are available today.

What came next

Construction continued through the following months. By April 2022, Capriole reported 65% of construction complete, with finishing works under way.
